THE RESULT, IN CONTEXT

A full quarter.
A like-for-like comparison.

Shopify recorded more than double the PSA product net sales in June–August 2026 compared with the same three months in 2025.

Matching the months and measuring a full quarter gives a clearer picture than picking a single sales spike.

2025 = 100. 2026 = 203 (rounded).

How these results were measured

Source: U-Test Shopify sales reporting, retrieved 27 September 2026. Product: Prostate PSA Test Kit | At-Home Screening. Comparison: 1 June–31 August 2026 versus 1 June–31 August 2025, both 92 days. Percentage changes are calculated from period totals and rounded to the nearest whole number. Net sales reflect discounts and sales reversals. Orders count orders containing the product; net units sold is a separate measure.

These are total product results across channels, not sales attributed exclusively to advertising. This comparison shows business performance over time; it does not isolate the effect of CTDigital’s work from pricing, promotions or other factors. The chart is a visualisation of verified figures, not a Shopify dashboard screenshot.

01 / AI Website Assistant

Questions shouldn’t become exits.

Help visitors find answers and take the next step, even outside your opening hours.

Approved FAQs · Enquiry capture · Human handoverSee how it works

Call intake · Routing · Callback summariesSee how it works

An AI-identified receptionist handles approved questions and collects caller details. Routing, calendar booking and out-of-hours coverage are scoped around the provider and your team.

Best for appointment-led businesses and trades. Coverage, call minutes and fallback rules are agreed upfront; emergency handling and professional advice are outside the standard service.

Don’t let a warm enquiry go cold.

Give incoming leads a useful response, relevant follow-up and a clear booking route.

Qualification · Follow-up · Booking handoverSee how it works

Connect agreed enquiry sources, collect missing information and keep your CRM updated. Replies, bookings and opt-outs stop or change the sequence. Your team handles quotes and negotiation.

Best for considered purchases and quote-led services. Track response time, qualified appointments and quote acceptance, rather than messages sent.

04 / AI Review & Reputation Management

Make good service easier to see.

Collect honest feedback, respond thoughtfully and spot issues before they repeat.

Review invitations · Approved replies · Complaint alertsSee how it works

Automated, neutral review invitations and reminders. AI-assisted replies need human approval before publishing. Complaint alerts flag issues, while monthly insights reveal recurring themes and practical improvements.

Best for businesses with regular transactions. Fair invitations, no fabricated reviews or selective routing. Your team owns customer resolutions; no rating or sales uplift is guaranteed.

05 / AI Content & Marketing Workflow

Your expertise. More consistently shared.

Turn approved ideas and updates into on-brand drafts your team can review and publish.

Content drafts · Approval queue · SchedulingSee how it works

Build a repeatable path from a product update, brief or article to social, email and website drafts. Approved content moves into supported scheduling tools; performance shapes the next cycle.

Best for expert-led businesses and small marketing teams. Human approval comes before public publishing. Photography, video and bespoke creative can be scoped separately.

06 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
things up.

Something else on your mind?

Just ask Connor ↗
Who will I actually work with?

Connor, directly. I handle the planning, design and day-to-day marketing work. You won’t be passed between an account manager and a separate delivery team.

What happens on the first call?

We’ll spend around 15 minutes talking about your business, what’s running now and where you need help. Then we can decide whether an audit, a monthly plan or a separate project makes sense.

What’s included in the £295 audit?

A written report reviewing your email, ads and store, prioritised recommendations, and a 20-minute walkthrough. We agree the review’s focus and required access before starting. The report and walkthrough are delivered within five working days of receiving the agreed information and access. Implementation is quoted separately.

Do I need an audit before a retainer?

No. The audit is a standalone option if you want clarity before deciding what to do next. If you already know you need ongoing support, book a call and we’ll discuss a monthly plan directly.

How do I choose the right monthly plan?

Essentials combines one email campaign per month with management of one paid-ad platform. Growth adds weekly emails, Google and Meta management, 8–10 monthly creatives and scoped email-flow work. Full adds agreed content, store and feed support, with weekly check-ins. We confirm the deliverables and scope before you commit.

Is ad spend included?

The monthly fee covers the agreed marketing work. We’ll scope your media budget and any platform or third-party costs separately, so you can see the full cost before starting.

Can I scale back or pause?

Yes. The plans are designed around rolling monthly work. We’ll agree notice periods and how any pause or change fits with scheduled campaigns before we start.

Do you work with businesses outside ecommerce?

Yes. I work across ecommerce and product brands, retail and trade, and local service businesses. The starting point is what your business needs, rather than a single industry.

Can we work together on a one-off project?

Yes. If you need a defined piece of work — such as a brand identity, a set of renders or a campaign — get in touch. We can agree the scope, timeline and price separately.
